The Active Champ’s Fitness Syllabus
Active Champs is an initiative to revive the long lost love and fondness of games, sports and other activities amongst the young & adults, who in today’s date are so pre-occupied occupied in the digital, virtual & professional world!
As human beings we all have 4 basic needs that need to be provided for and fulfilled in the growing stages and till we are alive:
- Physiological Needs : Food, water, safety & security
- Psychological Needs : Love, care and a sense of belongingness followed with a sense of accomplishment
- Social Needs : Interaction and Acknowledgement goes a long way in building self esteem
- Spiritual Needs : Self-fulfilment when one achieves their full potential.
In the growing stages of a child, both sports and fitness help in more ways, than one can imagine.
At Active Champ we have a special lineout for all those parents who are looking to get their kids fit as a fiddle. We have the basic structure of:

A healthy body is one that is fit and developed. It is very important to make children aware of the importance of an active and fit body from the beginning. Our specially planned programs will inculcate the habit of everyday exercising which will make sure that your kids practice this regularly.
