Our flagship program running over the entire year, with two classes per week covering 9 ball sports viz Soccer, Baseball, Basketball, Volleyball, Golf, Tennis, Cricket, Rugby and Hockey.

We feel that children develop their skills best when they are playing with other kids of a similar age and ability. As such, SportyBeans separates kids into three distinct age groups, which encourage each child to maximize their involvement and development potential.

The Junior Beans

Here we introduce the children to a sporting environment in a fun, non competitive and very caring way. The emphasis is on developing a wide range of gross motor skills like bouncing, catching, throwing, balance, timing etc. Along with the above mentioned skills the child will also develop important skills such as hand- eye co ordination, concentration, team spirit, confidence etc. Skills are taught in a fun and creative manner by using interactive games and story lines to encourage participation.

The Mighty Beans

At Mighty Beans we teach the children to play the sport in a fun, caring, non competitive environment along with teaching them some sport specific skills and they will also be encouraged to play friendly games with their classmates so as to instill in them the value of 'team work'. The capacity to participate in controlled play, think outside the box, concentrate on instructions and visually assess a game are some of the advanced skills the child will learn well. Add to this memory improvement, problem solving and a wider appreciation of team play.

The Mega Beans

There's no need to leave at 6! Mega Beans was developed in response to popular demand – many children and their older siblings who attend SportyBeans want to continue to build their skills – both physical and social - once they have turned 6. Mega Beans is designed to enable them to do just this through self-initiated play which leads to vigorous participation and is the greatest tool for development and learning. Mega Beans combines a series of activities that use imaginative play, familiar games, visual skill and creative participation to engage the interest of the child and makes them gain maximum enjoyment from participating. At Mega Beans our instructors focus not only on teaching children how to perform a skill, but also to start building an understanding of why the skill is needed.
